In the table that I'm using the daily fee is already factored into the daily return (i.e., the fee has already been subtracted from the BCH, BTC and USD). If you'd like to know the full amount of any particular daily return (or daily revenue) just add that day's "Fee" and "BCH" or "BTC" together. If you see a day which displays just a single zero "0" for BTC/BCH this indicates that the Daily Fee was equal to, or greater than, the Daily Return.
Price paid for hashrate (12 month contracts) on April 10, 2018 was $99 USD per TH/s (total: 4TH/s = $396 USD).

There was an error with all cloud mining payouts dated September 18, 2018 (hash-date September 17, 2018). The daily fee for BTC did not run. Moreover, the number amount of the missing BTC daily fee was added to the BCH fee (making both the BTC profit and the BCH fee much higher than they should have been). All of this was corrected at the next payout dated September 19, 2018 (hash-date September 18, 2018). There is no longer a record (aside from the tables used here) of this error within account transaction histories because the BTC fees & BCH fees for payout dated September 18, 2018 (hash-date September 17, 2018) were corrected.
As of on or about October 1st, 2018, pool.bitcoin.com started selling 3 month contracts with zero fees (daily fee is waived). Price for hashrate for the 3 month contracts is 35 USD per TH/s, minimum purchase is 1 TH/s.
As of on or about October 1st/2nd, 2018, pool.bitcoin.com started selling 1 year (12 months) contracts again. Price for hashrate is 30 USD per TH/s, minimum purchase is 2 TH/s.
